Public product plan. Not a promise of dates.

## Now — 0.1.7 (GitHub sideload)

- Bubble + Accessibility insert. Not a keyboard.
- Hub: Home · Dictionary · Snippets · Style.
- Listen: Cancel / Done. Trailing “press enter” sends.
- Walkthrough, History, dictionary sort, snippets.
- Local cleanup + optional BYOK brains.
- Debug-signed APK on Releases.

## Next

1. Release keystore (stop shipping debug-signed as “the” build).
2. Prove install from Files (Restricted Settings), not only USB.
3. Optional on-device speech model. Until then, audio privacy is not fully ours.
4. F-Droid when the signed build is clean enough.

## Later

- Play Store only with a real Accessibility disclosure video.
- More languages.
- Watch Google’s 2026–27 sideload verification rules.

## Not planned

- Shipping as a keyboard.
- Accounts, ads, analytics.
- Stripping declared INTERNET (stays unused until opt-in).
- Calling this a Wispr clone.
